Refund & Return Policy (Perishable Goods Focus)

Returns & Hygiene Due to the nature of our products (food and beverages), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, have a broken seal, or are perishable. In accordance with Dutch consumer law (Article 6:230p DCC), food items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your box arrives damaged (e.g., a crushed strawberry soda or expired snack), please contact us at [sniffybuddynl@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box

Once inspected, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
